We work with adults of all ages and empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles, set boundaries, improve confidence, deepen interpersonal relationships, and increase emotional regulation skills. We approach each client with empathy, authenticity, and a desire to understand. We strive to provide a safe and accepting therapeutic environment and work collaboratively with individuals to establish goals and progress towards positive change.
We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches to help individuals cope with challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood and stress management, interpersonal conflict, self-esteem, loss and grief, and trauma. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused and strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness. We approach each individual with hope, supportive accountability, and the belief that each person has the capacity for change.
