LSCSW, Director of Intensive Outpatient Program
Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is the Clinical Director of our Intensive Outpatient Program. Rachel has spent the past five years working in an Intensive Outpatient Program with children, adolescents and their families.
Rachel now works with adults of all ages. One of her passions is working with parents and caregivers on their own self-regulation, trauma or any other personal goals. Rachel’s goal is to provide a space for parents where they can put themselves first and receive the self-care and healing they deserve.
Rachel is trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also utilizes a variety of techniques and skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Polyvagal Theory (PVT). Rachel also believes in a holistic approach and incorporating aspects of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health into healing.
Rachel is available for in-person sessions and telehealth.
