Caleb Simon

Caleb brings experience in working with individual adults, couples, teenagers, and families, as they travel through life’s challenges and experiences.

Caleb finds his passion in working with those who have experienced trauma, individuals dealing with anxiety or depression, anyone looking to explore and reflect on their identity, young adults attempting to navigate the world around them, people who may struggle in their relationship with food or eating, and couples looking to challenge themselves to grow in their relationship with one-another. Caleb has previously worked in both the community mental health and private practice settings, working with diverse caseloads has helped him to develop skills and comfort with anything clients may bring into the therapy session.

Caleb believes that connection is key, this drives his practice with each and every client. The welcoming, non-judgmental, comfortable, and kind relationship with your therapist is directly related to therapeutic outcomes; Caleb continually works to prioritize this during the therapeutic process. Caleb is trained in EMDR therapy for trauma work, in addition to implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and for couples, Narrative Therapy, parts work, somatic interventions, and attachment-based theory in work with his clients.
