Dan Livingston
LSCSW
Dan has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. The majority of his work has been with adults and adolescents, utilizing the recovery model that everyone can learn, grow, and change. Dan believes the individual is the expert in their own recovery and he is here to assist in this journey.
Dan guides and supports individuals by using a variety of techniques and approaches including mindfulness, solution-focused, systems, cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and motivational Interviewing.
Dan also has extensive experience providing court-involved therapies and working with individuals involved in family court and the criminal justice system. Dan approaches each person with a sense of hope, supportive accountability, and a lens that each person has the capacity for change.
